Xtra Cheezy Panchos
A satisfying spin on a lunch meal!

Ingredients
- 25 lb Refried beans or taco meat
- 12.5 lb Low fat American cheese sauce or Low fat shredded American cheese
- 25 lb. Cheez-It® Whole Grain Baked Snack Crackers
- 25 lb Shredded romaine lettuce
- 12.5 lb Diced Tomatoes
Build for one serving:
- 1/2 cup Refried beans or taco meat
- 1/4 cup Low fat American cheese sauce or Low fat shredded American cheese
- 1/2 cup Cheez-It® Whole Grain Baked Snack Crackers
- 1/2 cup Shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup Diced Tomatoes
Directions
1. Cook refried beans or taco meat.
2. Heat cheese sauce (if using).
3. Place ½ cup of Cheez-It® Whole Grain Baked Snack Crackers on plate.
4. Top with ½ cup of refried beans or taco meat.
5. Place ½ cup of shredded lettuce on the refried beans or taco meat, then pour ¼ cup of cheese sauce.
6. Top with ¼ cup of tomatoes.
7. Garnish with sour cream. Sliced jalapenos (optional).
