Luck of the Irish Breakfast

1. Prepare Mini Pancakes according to preferred preparation method.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
3. Place frozen patties in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes.
4. Place 1 pouch of mini pancakes and 1 sausage patty in paper boat or clamshell.
5. Hold outside of temperature danger zone until service.
6. Serve with ½ cup of fruit and milk for complete meal.
