Black Bean and Sriracha Slaw Slider
Crisp cucumber, cilantro, and carrot pickled slaw top a grilled MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Slider served with spicy sriracha mayonnaise on a crispy sourdough bun.

CUCUMBER CARROT SLAW
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup Carrot, diced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 3/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 30 MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Sliders
- 30 Sourdough bun
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Sriracha Mayo
- 1 1/2 cups + 6 tablespoons Cucumber Carrot Slaw

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
2. To prepare Cucumber-Carrot Slaw, stir cucumber, carrot, cilantro, vinegar, sugar, and salt together.
3. To prepare Sriracha Mayo, stir sriracha and mayonnaise together.
4. Heat black bean slider in 350˚ F oven for 7-9 minutes, turning halfway through heating time.
5. Toast bun in 350˚ F oven for 3 minutes.
6. Spread Sriracha Mayo on bottom half of bun.
7. Place the heated black bean slider on bottom half of bun.
8. Top with Cucumber Carrot Slaw.
9. Add the top of the bun.
