Toucan Sam’s Frootie Extravaganza Cereal Pancakes

Ingredients

Pancakes:

1 ½ c flour, all purpose
3 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt, kosher
1 T sugar, granulated
1 ¼ c milk (¼ c more if wanting a thinner batter)
1 egg
3 T melted butter, unsalted
6-8 T Kellogg’s® Froot Loops®

Garnish:

Kellogg’s® Froot Loops®
mixed berries
whipped cream

Ingredients

1 ¼ c milk (¼ c more if wanting a thinner batter)

Directions

1) In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar

2) Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and melted butter, mix until smooth. Some lumps are ok

3) Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat

4) Pour, or scoop, the batter onto griddle, using approx. ¼ c for each pancake

5) Sprinkle cereal onto pancake batter

6) Once bubbles form all over, flip and cook other side

7) Garnish
