Strawberry Crunch Cereal Pancakes
Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 1 ½ c flour, all purpose
- 3 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt, kosher
- 1 T sugar, granulated
- 1 ¼ c milk (¼ c more if wanting a thinner batter)
- 1 egg
- 3 T melted butter, unsalted
- 8-16 T Kellogg's® Special K® Red Berries Cereal (1-2 T per pancake)
Garnish:
- Kellogg's® Special K® Red Berries Cereal
- ½ c strawberry pie filling
- whipped cream
Directions
1) In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
2) Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and melted butter, mix until smooth. Some lumps are ok
3) Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat
4) Pour, or scoop, the batter onto griddle, using approx. ¼ c for each pancake
5) Sprinkle cereal onto pancake batter
6) Once bubbles form all over, flip and cook other side
7) Garnish
